Our client is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a Trainee Manager. No prior experience is required as they will provide full training for the role. The ideal candidate will have a drive for exceptional customer service, the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and a willingness to travel. As a Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure that services are within their budget and meeting their needs
• Collaborate with other members of the team to identify new ways to improve business operations
• Generate progress reports to share with clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal of services
• Train and lead a team of sales representatives
