Company is seeking an Account Manager (sales executive) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and acquire new customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Empire Medical Training has 23 years of experience in the industry as the leading Medical Education company providing accredited training seminars (CME, continuing medical education) and certification programs to Physicians and Nurses throughout the United States and abroad.

Empire Medical Training provides a full curriculum of training in Aesthetics, Anti-Aging, and Pain Management procedures. Our customers are physicians and nurses interested in learning specialized techniques to help them become technically proficient to help them grow their skills and grow their practices. Some examples of the procedures taught include performing Botox injections, using Lasers, and performing epidural injections. Our curriculum provides training in over 45 procedures. The training programs are conducted either through live hands-on workshops offered at hotels around the country or virtually.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for the savvy sales professional who seeks a challenge and a desire to grow professionally and financially. The account manager position offers countless opportunities for growth and, a pathway to financial success. At Empire Medical Training, the average account manager generates a salary upwards of $80,000 to over $100,000. The position is a full-time offer, IN OFFICE, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek and one Saturday a month. The Account Manager will have extensive experience in sales preferably with professionals such as Physicians and Nurses. Account Managers will work ON SIGHT in Fort Lauderdale, alongside other account managers and a full team of education professionals. The position entails speaking with clients on the phone, outbound calls and communicating with them by email and other means. In addition to acquiring new customers, each account manager will support our client base by answering questions and helping them prepare for upcoming training events. The objective of the position is to create long long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience working as a sales or account executive. Experience working with customer CRM is important as working with a CRM is an integral part of the position (examples include SalesForce, Zoho, HubSpot, and MS Office)

Health Care background is plus

Compensation

Base Salary starts at $50,000 with a strong commission and bonus schedule. The average account manager generates over $80,000. If you are not generating at least this minimum, you are not actively engaging customers and selling.
