Responsibilities of a Field Marketing Representative:

• Engage face-to-face with consumers in a retail setting, showcasing products and services through effective sales and marketing techniques.
• Drive sales by proactively approaching potential customers, delivering compelling presentations, and persuading them to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive and lasting impression to foster customer loyalty and repeat sales.
• Execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and maximize sales opportunities in the assigned retail territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team and retail partners to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the marketing campaign.
• Gather and report customer feedback and market insights, providing valuable data to support sales and marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and enhance sales effectiveness.

Base compensation is broken down into an hourly pay, paid weekly, with opportunities for additional bonuses and commissions. The range listed ( 40-49k), is based on average performance and earnings annually.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Altamonte Springs, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
