In Power & Propulsion Solutions (PPS), we’re involved with everything from providing efficient, power management on military vehicles to developing eco-friendly, hybrid and electric systems for the commercial world. Be part of a team that is helping to keep the air we breathe much cleaner.

As our next Regional Sales Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets of our family of electric drive solutions.
  • Conduct sales visits and regular effective communication with customers in the region to help customers achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and interviews to identify specific product solutions and customer needs.
  • Act as a consultant with the customer to develop best value technical and commercial specifications for vehicles.
  • Become a respected industry expert in markets of interest to PPS.
  • Develop relationships with end user fleets and Tier 1 vehicle manufacturers.
  • Assist in issue/solution resolution on customer issues.
  • Support bid team, customer program managers, service and aftermarket personnel to execute our business strategy.
  • Maintain and update a five year rolling forecast of projected sales.
  • Represent the company as a member of industry associations within the region and attend conferences and tradeshows.
  • Provides input to the Marketing & Sales Support team on product positioning, features and benefits.
Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the transit industry.
  • Five to ten years previous experience in a regional sales role within the transit or heavy-duty commercial vehicle industries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CR.
  • Ability to converse in a professional manner in both written and verbal communication.
  • Motivated self-starters with capabilities to work within a fast paced team oriented environment.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $124200 - $211100

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
