Sales Manager
International Textile supplier is seeking a qualified sales manager who can develop and keep this sales engine running with their own sales skills as well as developing and building a team of outstanding sales representatives / agents. The ideal sales manager has experience with 4 step sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner with textile material experience and relationships who is kind and sees any rejections as opportunities — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Objectives of Sales Manager
· Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
· identify new innovations and opportunities for textile and sewn product industry.
· Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives or sales team.
· Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, optimizing sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
· Willing to constantly optimize and maximize the sales team.
· Creates pipeline for generating effective leads and establish and nurture key client relationships.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
· Meet with potential clients and develop long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
· Recruit sales representatives/team, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
· Ensure that company standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
· Making sure the sales is meeting targeted sales and Gross profit goals and stay within budget set.
Required skills and qualifications of the Sales Manager
· Five or more years of experience in managing sales.
· Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Superb leadership ability
· Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
