The position is part of a creative team as the Administrative Assistant Planner, giving great customer service, researching solutions for clients, and being a support to the creative and install teams. The Assistant must have scheduling experience as well as experience with Teams software, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other Teams software platforms. He/She will also provide assistance with wedding show sales during peak seasons. Calling potential and existing vendors, providing current information on registration forms and the exhibitor's guide will be a fun addition to this position.

Must be able to lift 50 - 75 lbs.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
