Our company is seeking a Sales Representative/Consultant to join our organization.

The ideal candidate:

• MUST has relevant residential and/or commercial painting experiance.
• is familiar with (or willing and able to learn quickly) our estimating software - Estimate Rocket and PEP (Professional estimating software)
• has great presentation and closing skills.
• is very organized, precise, and detail-oriented.
• has excellent communication skills (in person and in writing).
• has superior team spirit.
• is open to learn and be trained.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assessing need(s) and desire(s) of the potential customer.
• Estimating time, material and tools needed for the scope of work.
• Elaborating in writing detailed proposals/contracts.
• Delivering in person (or at times on Zoom) proposals and closing sales.
• Generating your own leads in addition to those that the company provides.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
