Showroom Sales Associate

Creative Kitchen & Bath (a division of Masters' Supply) is looking for someone who loves to work with others and has great customer service skills. Someone who is detail oriented and either has or is eager to gain knowledge in plumbing. You will also be required to assist customers, contractors, designers (and their clients) in choosing from a wide variety of products. Our Showroom Sales Associates provide expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.

A Creative Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Associate's primary functions will include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including key accounts to ensure their satisfaction with products and services
• Monitor sales and industry trends and product performance results
• Engage vendors and builders to increase profitability, sales and market presence
• Promote a professional image by continuously enhancing sales skills and product knowledge
• Utilize all avenues to ensure excellent customer service by managing orders, quotations, sales and delivery

A successful CKB Salesperson will possess the following:

• Problem solving, leadership and listening capabilities
• Product and vendor knowledge (ability to learn proactively)
• Superior customer service
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
• Team player who works productively with wide range of people

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Experience: prior sales experience or interior design experience

Schedule: This is a full-time position, 40+ hours/week Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
