THE OPPORTUNITY:
HUBs Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industrys top talent to help guide and support our customers needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

This Account Representative role actively assists in the Central Processing Unit, supporting a variety of account-management teams in multiple offices by issuing Certificates and Evidences of Insurance to clients, and their contractors, vendors and other third parties. Enjoy a team-oriented atmosphere with consistent and organized procedures, focused on providing excellent customer service for our clients and colleagues.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you...

hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

2-3 years of insurance experience in Commercial Lines

are currently licensed and in good standing, or willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months

demonstrated oral and written communication skills

demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)

The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 /hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific positions business line, complexity, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, eligible bonuses and commissions for full-time positions (30 hours or more).
