GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relationship Building: The qualified candidate should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as the qualified candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders. The qualified candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of expertise.
  • Strategic Thinking: The qualified candidate will need to think strategically about how to leverage partnerships to achieve project goals. This requires an ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation, as well as the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Networkiing: The qualified candidate should have a vast network of connections or the ability to make a network of connections to continue to promote the sport of Teqball.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the partnership affiliation lifecycle from start to execution.
  • Responsible for supporting sponsors and partnership procurement. (This is a client facing role that requires poise, sales experience and excellent project management skills experience)
  • Build strong relationships with logistical and creative teams to ensure sponsor interests are well represented as we look to push the boundaries for how we integrate brands into our organizational cultures.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner to ensure sponsorship retention and on-time placements
  • Liaise between partners during contract negotiations.
  • Execute partnership/sponsorship affiliation agreements in a timely manner and assist the placement team with urgent agreement requests during peak times.
  • Run various reports and data summaries to help manage the sponsorship/partnership affiliation agreement pipeline and internal stakeholders' expectations.
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.

BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Teqball USA, LLC is a professional sports club organization that focuses on promoting the sport of teqball within the United States whilst having professional teqball athletes on their roster who compete in major competitions and tournaments.

You will be joining a start-up with a welcoming team working in an international environment and will have the chance to be part of the Sport of the Future, making its way towards the Olympic Games. As a result of teqball's dynamic growth as a sport, we are looking for a Sponsorship and Partnerships Manager.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $70,000 annual salary. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Teqball USA, LLC is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
