Showcase Marketing Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented individual to join our talented sales team as a Home Center Sales Specialist. This full-time sales position will require daily travel throughout Eastern Ohio and occasional out-of-state travel as required. Showcase Marketing is family-owned and one of the Midwest's premier sales agencies. Responsibilities
As a Home Center Sales Specialist, you will call on and provide product education and training/demonstrations to our Home Center customers and their contractors, builders, and other industry professionals who frequent their stores utilizing our product training trailers and sales support materials.

• Ability to frequently travel with overnight travel required.
• Support team efforts to generate new business, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional service and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new lead opportunities and direct them to the appropriate Territory Manager
• Assist team with industry shows.
• Maintain product trailers.
• Work collaboratively with Territory Managers
• Prepare travel reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
• Self-motivated with goal focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation, planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with software office skills. CRM a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
