City Wide is seeking a Sales Executive to generate sales leads and produce new client business. The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions.

What you will do in this role:

• Identify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, and preparing contracts.
• Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
• You'll spend time prospecting on-site, visiting business locations, and attending client meetings.
• You'll hand off the account to our Facility Solutions Managers after the deal closes, freeing up our sales executives for new prospects.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Outside B2B Sales experience required
• MUST have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)
• Organized with territory management experience
• Strong outgoing, dynamic personality
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
• Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
