New Home Sales Consultant

Braustin Homes, a leading provider of manufactured homes, is seeking Salespeople to join our team as Housing Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchasing, building, and site work process for their new home. Our sales process is conducted online, over the phone, and through video conferencing, so strong communication and technology skills are essential.

As a Housing Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their Wants, Needs, and Financial Ability, and guide them through the entire home buying process.

In this role - you have the opportunity to be the highest paid individual in the company.
All company resources surround this position with industry leading marketing and operational support to allow you to focus solely on driving the revenue engine of the business.

No other department in the company bears the same weight of responsibility as our sales team.
This is the most intense role on the team and at the end of the day, only your results will matter.

This is a $150k + opportunity with year one expectation of $80k, working on a draw.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Meet with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options
- Showcase model homes and guide buyers through the sales process
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with buyers
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the home buying process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in property management or real estate sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 6/7:00 P.M.

+1 Week Day Off

+Sunday's Off

We are closed on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas.

**Housing Consultants are expected to be available when our customers are available. This position requires working on the following Holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Juneteenth
• Labor Day
• New Year's Eve
