FIJI is seeking an Associate Manager, eCommerce Sales to support our online sales initiatives. This eCommerce sales expert will have the opportunity to directly contribute and grow our brands across eCommerce retailers. We’re looking for a self-starter who is highly entrepreneurial, thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about executing eCommerce marketing campaigns that connect customers to the brands they love. This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

• Help in developing and executing sales strategy for our eCommerce business in the US
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and sales execution for Amazon, Instacart, and other retailer.com sites and delivery intermediaries.
• Partner with retail sales team to develop digital marketing plans that leverage search and programmatic advertising to achieve sales goals. Define campaign calendars in coordination with brand and retailer promotional calendars.
• Execute key business operations including catalog management, new product launches, in-stock monitoring, customer reviews, and chargebacks and dispute resolution.
• Partner across the organization with Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities and/or capture cost-efficiencies.
• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to identify asset needs and submit creative briefs to our award-winning in-house advertising agency.
• Manage eCommerce asset catalog and delivery of content and assets to retail.com partners
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the digital CPG business and analyze key competitor and retailer program strategies to maintain competitive advantages.

• 3 or more years of progressive experience developing and executing eCommerce sales strategies or digital retailer marketing plans.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce retail marketing landscape (search and programmatic) required; Amazon retail landscape and advertising, experience with Instacart or retail.com advertising preferred.
• Excel at storytelling and presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a plus.
• Be highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit; excel at multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or M.S. a plus.
• CPG food & beverage industry experience preferred.

Pay Range: $80,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
