In this role you will perform the following functions: manage a territory of 15 Subaru dealers in the Subaru of America SFO (San Francisco) Zone (the Zone includes retailers in the states of CA, and NV);

Job Responsibilities:

• Sign up dealers to programs in the local market; interface directly with all dealership personnel
• Train dealers on contracts, worksheets, and leasing; inform dealers of policy, procedures and price changes; develop pricing/program recommendations for territory.
• Act as liaison between dealers and Dealer Service Center where credit decisions are made
• Act as liaison between the manufacture’s Zone Office and SMF to promote both SMF and Subaru of America programs and initiatives
• Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc.; increase and maintain required market share levels; and attain volume plan at acceptable business levels.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry
• Excellent sales presentation skills to motivate new clients to use our services and product
• One year Consumer credit experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease)
• 1-year financial statement analysis experience preferred
• PC skills (Excel, Microsoft Word) desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is desired
