Coast General Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new skills and a drive to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage book of business/ accounts with multiple insurance carriers
• In-person open enrollment meetings with clients and their respective employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify and assess prospective clients’ needs to meet them with confidence and excellence
• Develop and maintain a relationship with each prospective client to ensure they are satisfied with our services
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
• Work with our sales team to create new business opportunities
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry trends
• Build relationships with other companies in the insurance industry by maintaining ongoing cooperation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

·Self-motivated, self-disciplined, detail oriented, organized, resourceful, problem solver, able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Life & Health Insurance: 3 years (Preferred)

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
