The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service as you guide businesses of all sizes through our setup process for all sales channels such as Acquiring, Ecommerce, Unattended and POS products. The role is a combination of fostering lasting relationships with existing clients and developing new client opportunities.
Business hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Our office is at Phoenix, AZ 85006 and we currently follow a hybrid work policy.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Developing and qualifying sales inquiries
- Cold calling or meeting with customers to generate new business
- Growing existing customer portfolios
- Providing industry expertise, supporting growth within customer businesses
- Understand, assist, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Logistics, and Technical Support
- Reporting for market insights, key accomplishments, and key metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement
About You:
With great written and verbal communication skills you are confident, outgoing, resilient, curious, goal driven, and a quick learner. You’re excited by the opportunity to sell solutions in an industry that embraces change and innovation, for a company that impacts businesses and their customer experience.
Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of Sales/Hospitality/Account Management experience are invited to apply for the role.
OTE indication is remuneration of base plus monthly commission.
