REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years sales experience
• Top-notch communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Be able to work full-time
• Good attitude, work ethic, personality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule appointments
• Use of company CRM's to close warm-leads preloaded into system
• Generate leads (when necessary)
• Respond to pre-confirmed warm leads
• Close sales deals
• Overcome objections

PREFERENCE (not required)

• Bilingual

• In-home or virtual sales experience
• Home improvement salesperson license (HIS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Solar sales: 1 year (Required)
