Based in North Las Vegas, Eightcig.com is rapidly growing to dominate the vapor and e-cigarette industry. We need talented, passionate people working together to make this happen. We are currently seeking to hire a B2B Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Base pay plus uncapped commission on department-wide Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities (4-6 Sales Representatives/Account Managers).
- Track daily/weekly/monthly GM/GP for the sales team.
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Analysis of sales revenue & customer, pull inactive customers and distribute them to the sales representatives to approach and win back.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
- Advising on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Work with our business lawyer for compliance, to delegate duties to appropriate employees.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales manager role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e. Big Commerce or other cloud-based software).
- Previous experience with phone sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot, Finale (or other IMS)
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- BS degree, MBA preferred.
- G-Suite

Total Annual Target (Base Salary and Commission): $135,000 - $200,000
