POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Development Representative will be a key part of Casago’s growth strategy by filling the sales pipeline for our account executives by setting demos with prospects through a variety of cold outreach channels.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized and reliable. They should have experience working in a CRM system, building prospect lists (from an existing database), and doing outreach to high-level targets through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach. B2B sales and outreach experience is required.

The role is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants experience working at a high-growth company with a unique product offering. They’ll have the opportunity to broaden their skill set through learning (and helping refine) a highly strategic, data-driven and tech-enabled outreach system. The ideal candidate will thrive in building relationships and providing opportunities to current vacation rental property managers. This is not a homeowner acquisition position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book demos for our team of account executives through strategic cold outreach
  • Conduct outreach campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Leverage our CRM database of contacts to put together outreach lists
  • Handle the logistics of sending cold emails through our email automation system - Marketing will assist in campaign creation and writing copy
  • Make initial qualifying calls for all inbound leads and marketing efforts
  • Make outbound phone calls to prospects daily
  • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn
  • Conduct research on key targets
  • Get a pulse of where each prospect company stands in their inventory growth strategy
  • Make notes in CRM and help maintain the accuracy of our database
  • Build relationships with targets at the Ownership/C-Level
  • Work with the sales and demand gen teams to constantly refine the strategy and execution of cold outreach campaigns
  • Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of experience in cold sales outreach
  • B2B sales and outreach experience is required.
  • Strong experience working in a CRM system (experience with CRM is a bonus)
  • Experience building prospect lists within a CRM system
  • Ability to quickly connect with prospects over the phone and set demos
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High efficiency and volume output
  • A strong desire to learn and constantly improve
  • Desire and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Experience in the vacation rental industry is a bonus
