We are always looking for talented and artful Interior Designers to undertake a variety of design projects. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

Job Scope

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief"
• Interpret and translate client needs into visional presentation
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce "sample" and "mood products"
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with clients, developers, and support teams
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Skills

• Proven work experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning & new construction)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, custom window treatments & more
• Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs a plus
• Excellent portfolio of previous work
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
