Account Executive (Outside Sales) - Alabama

The Account Executive (Outside Sales) is responsible for developing and maintaining new commercial, industrial, or retail business for CRV Surveillance. Tasks will include cold-calling, networking, and referral development. The ideal applicant will provide exceptional interpersonal communication skills, will be self-motivated, and have excellent product knowledge skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and establish a referral strategy within assigned territory
- Call or visit clients to begin or maintain client relationships
- Determine customer needs and develop product options that best meet the needs of CRV Surveillance’s clients
- Use forward-thinking to forecast market trends in the security industry and use problem-solving sale tactics to ensure client needs are maintained and exceeded
- Research product innovations and stay informed about competitor products, costs, and sales
- Use and present promotional material to help determine business surveillance needs
- Answer client’s questions about product details or costs
- Drive personal vehicle to client locations, car allowance provided
- Perform administrative duties including:
- Preparing sales quotes for clients
- Maintaining sales records
- Filing reports
- Initiate sale strategy to ensure the closing of a sale
- Meet with VP of Sales to discuss ongoing projects, overall sales development, and market trends
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Must be able to think simple, scalable, and smart
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of sales experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in the Surveillance industry a plus

Pay: $38,993.00 - $134,294.00 per year
