MAJOR PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Achieves annual Sales Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
• Managing the project’s cost budget and schedule, ensuring the project meets those objectives.
• Maintains effective Sales Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts by cross-selling.
• Manages and solves conflicts with clients.
• Ensures deadlines are met for accounts by working closely with Project Manager.
• Develops and maintains sales materials. Self education on product knowledge.

• Follow up on collections issues as requested by A/R.

• 
  Actively seek opportunities through bid work as well as existing customers.
• Guiding and motivating the project sales team.
• Constantly be developing service/inspection customers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 10 years of Construction experience (Sprinkler, Alarm and Engineered)
• Minimum 2 of 10 years leading as PM or Site Superintendent
• Certification in NICET (Level 2 in Water-based, Special Hazards or Fire Alarms)
• State License: Alarm, Sprinkler and Engineered Systems
• Basic understanding of financial principles relative to operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
