The Ideal Candidate:

You are a proven hunter and closer with a passion for solution selling complex SaaS deals in a defined territory. You “speak” P&C insurance and understand the business challenges insurance claims departments face in a rising litigation environment. You have a history of quarterbacking deal pursuits with a cross-functional team to support you. You are a challenger with the professional persistence to close deals with the C-Suite buyers and your deal champions. You have a history of quota attainment. Finally, you are coachable with high EQ.


Valued Experience:

  • 5-10+ years selling P&C Insurance SaaS solutions as an individual contributor
  • Experience selling AI/ML/NLP or other analytics insurance solutions is valued
  • Existing relationships within P&C Insurers and/or large self-insured corporations is a plus


Expectations

  • Penetrate the C-suite or VP-levels of a defined territory of 50+ accounts in the USA
  • Lead a deal pursuit team end-to-end
  • Meet and/or exceed a defined quota within the fiscal year
  • Travel 50%+ to conduct in-person meetings at the client HQ and at conferences


Total Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary of $200,000-$225,000 based on experience
  • Clear no-cap commission structure with OTE of $375,000+
  • Equity package is included in compensation
  • Robust “Silicon Valley” benefits package with perks and a matching 401(K)
