Administrative Assistant
This position will be handle and prioritize multiple tasks, be a forward thinker in anticipating needs of the clients and the sales team. Will assist in the selling of meeting space in accordance with strategic objectives and selective selling guidelines in place to meet and exceed market driven Group revenue components.
Additional duties:
· Greeting customers and offering assistance, site tours and answering inquires by phone of email
· Recommending locations and helping lock in confirmed groups
· Answering questions and addressing concerns
· Informing customers about sales, venues and policies
· Demonstrating how 360, train shed and The Pitch work with F&B tiers
· Taking payments for purchases and confirming contracts, managing calendars for contracts
· Being on site for certain venue functions creating displays, running Operation
· monitoring sales and overseeing the floor on large events with Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
