Sales Development Rep Overview: 

  • Healthicity is searching for a humble, smart, driven, optimistic and fearless individual to join our Sales Development team. As a member of this team, you’ll work side by side with Sales, Marketing and Account Success teams to advance our lead generation program by engaging target decision makers in physician groups, hospitals, and health systems throughout the country.

Principal Responsibilities: 

  • Use phone, email, social media, telegram, etc. to engage target buyers, influencers, and decision-makers at our 1,000+ target organizations.
  • Qualify target buyers using the “PACT2“(Problem, Authority, Consequence, Target, Timeline) framework, like “BANT” (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Schedule product demonstrations between sales and account success teams.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead-generation goals.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales and marketing teams.
  • Use [please apply online] Outreach.io, and HubSpot Sales Pro to build, manage and measure your lead and opportunity pipeline.
  • Stay up to date on SDR/BDR, prospecting and sales news, thought leadership and industry trends.

Experience Desired:

  • Strong communicator with ability to clearly articulate technical information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with technology, software, process, and documentation.

  • Collaborative player who will share sales tactics and learn them from others.

  • Experience succeeding in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.
  • Experience in business development or inside sales is a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM.
  • Analytical and intellectually curious. Willing to try new tactics to succeed.

What We Offer

  • Healthicity offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, Health Savings Account (HSA), generous PTO and holiday pay.
  • Base salary starting range: $45,000 - $50,000
  • Average estimated annual commissions earnings range: $45,000 - $68,000
  • Total estimated annual earnings range: $90,000 - $118,000
