GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

·Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

·Proven experience as a sales executive or hunter sales relevant role

·Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·Proven track record of generating leads, building, and nurturing client relationships

·Familiarity with HubSpot

AIMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Increase the numbers of Distributors and Partners.

·Bring in new accounts and expand market in the US.

·Find the best partners in the following sectors: Parks and recreation facilities, Sport Clubs, Municipalities and Hotels, Gyms.

·Achieve yearly KPI (objective: meetings, contracts, sales)

·Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

·Follow and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends nationwide reach.

·Reaching out to new clients to build strong long-term business relationships.

·Obtain orders, and hunt new accounts by planning and organizing the daily schedule to call potential Distributors, Partners, and End Customers (Sport Clubs, Universities, Landscaping companies, etc)

·Keeps management informed by submitting results reports, weekly updates, and monthly and quarterly territory analysis.

·Submits orders following company policy.

·Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

·Sell Teqball products to B2B and B2C retailers across the United States.

·Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes as the business evolves and expands into new markets.

·Manage month-end and year-end close processes.

As a result of Teqball USA, LLC's dynamic growth as a sports organization introducing Teqball to the USA, we are looking for a talented and dedicated U.S. Business Development Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is flexible and outgoing.

Teqball USA, LLC is a professional organization that focuses on growing the sport of Teqball within the United States via events, broadcasting, sales and other mediums.

You will be joining a start-up with a welcoming team working in an international environment and will have the chance to be part of the Sport of the Future, making its way towards the Olympic Games. As a result of Teqball's dynamic growth as a sport, we are looking for a U.S. Business Development Representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
