  • Answer and/or return calls in a quick and timely manner.
  • Generate and distribute a weekly meeting room packet.
  • Maintain an accurate reporting of LNR room night production and ADR.
  • Daily input of activities into Delphi.
  • Provide tours to potential clients as needed/requested to include sleeping rooms, conference rooms and all of the hotel amenities.
  • Complete daily postings and process payment for meetings/events/group master accounts.
  • At the start of shift, check meeting rooms to ensure accuracy of set up, food and beverage arrangements, A/V equipment. Make any needed changes. Greet client upon their arrival if opportunity arises.
  • Assist with setting up and/or re-stocking of any food or beverage items in meeting rooms before, during or after a scheduled meeting/event.
  • Assist Director of Sales with identifying and delivering VIP in-room amenities.
  • Meeting room cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of meeting room supplies, i.e. pens, note pads, mints, cups, lids, etc.
  • Maintain an accurate count of meeting room linens. Identify upcoming dates in which additional linen will be needed and get approval to place order.
  • Responsible for wedding and sports team blocks from inquiry calls, room block creation, maintenance, pre-arrival, departure, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting space bookings when less than 5 guestrooms are needed and less than 30 days in advance.
  • Follow up on all group blocks. This includes making courtesy calls and/or e-mails to groups reminding them of their cut-off dates, rooming list due, form of payment, etc.
  • Responsible for booking last minute business if the Director of Sales is out of the office.
  • Assist the Front Desk in answering phones and making reservations as needed.
  • Input reservations, whether from rooming list or direct client request, and ensure that any special requests are met and the group needs are properly accommodated. Follow up with client with confirmation numbers.
  • Cover front desk shifts and/or breaks when needed or scheduled.
  • Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
