FIJI is currently looking for an experienced Director, eCommerce Sales to manage online sales. This new leadership role will have the opportunity to direct our growth in one of the fastest growing and most dynamic channels in the CPG industry. We’re looking for someone who is highly entrepreneurial, thrives on collaboration, and possesses a holistic and deep understanding of what it takes to build a profitable eCommerce business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.


Job Description
  • Develop strategy and lead execution for our eCommerce business in the US
  • Build customer relationships with vendor managers to align on shared strategic priorities, identify points of partnership, navigate term negotiations, and establish joint business planning processes.
  • Manage P&L to drive profitable growth and achieve annual financial goals; coordinate key P&L activities with the Finance team including annual budget planning, monthly P&L reporting, and production forecasting.
  • Lead team to execute key business operations including catalog management, new product launches, in-stock monitoring, customer reviews, and chargebacks and dispute resolution.
  • Partner and drive collaboration across the Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities and/or capture cost-efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketing, Brand Marketing and internal Advertising/Digital Agency teams to develop retail marketing strategies and execute full funnel marketing programs leveraging tactics available in Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, and other retailer platforms.
  • Coach and support the personal development for a small but effective team.

Qualifications
  • 6 – 8 years of progressive experience developing and executing eCommerce sales strategies, managing a P&L, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver strategic results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon retail landscape; 1P and Vendor Central experience. Experience with Amazon Advertising platform a plus.
  • Strong collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build effective vendor management relationships and influence people (internal and external), process, and technology to achieve business goals.
  • Excel at leading a team and multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment. Ability to lead, recruit, and develop top talent.
  • Shine at storytelling and presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a plus.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus.
  • CPG food & beverage industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or M.S. preferred.

Compensation: $160,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
