Summary
Responsible for in-office sales, marketing and supporting sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Principal Duties

1. Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries and email requests.
2. Coordinate with sales team on related quotations, and sales opportunities.
3. Prepares sales and marketing proposals (quotations) on computer each day.
4. Greet and screen visitors and telephone callers in a professional manner.
5. Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
6. Clarify and fulfill customer requests and needs by presenting various selections of products and services while providing pricing information as requested.
7. Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective handling of customers.
8. Relate new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
9. Emphasize saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
10. Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and related documentation.
11. Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
12. Operate standard office equipment including:
o Computer/Printer/Scanner
o Photocopy Machine
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of sales experience
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Prove of success in sales
• Professional appearance
• Personable and friendly attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
