We are looking for an experienced Community Director to oversee a beautiful site in Renton, WA, and also manage the day-to-day operations including major renovation projects. This position would be a great opportunity for an experienced leader looking for a new opportunity in a growing Property Management Company.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in property Management
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Additional qualifications and requirements listed on list with application.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Asset Management: Responsible for Financial analysis and reporting to meet assets financial goals
  • Operations Management: Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors. Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations
  • Capital Projects: Manager the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train and coach for your site in accordance with company policy and creating positive work environments to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.
  • Marketing: Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies, Oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
  • Customer Service: To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and positive impression of our firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
