We are looking for an experienced Community Director to oversee a beautiful site in Renton, WA, and also manage the day-to-day operations including major renovation projects. Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in property Management
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Additional qualifications and requirements listed on list with application.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
- Asset Management: Responsible for Financial analysis and reporting to meet assets financial goals
- Operations Management: Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors. Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations
- Capital Projects: Manager the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
- Team Management: Recruit, train and coach for your site in accordance with company policy and creating positive work environments to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.
- Marketing: Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies, Oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
- Customer Service: To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and positive impression of our firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
