General Job Summary:
Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service to our clientele by answering their questions and by recommending the appropriate items to complete customer's projects. In addition Associates also stock the shelves and maintain their Department and the presentation of merchandise in a neat and orderly fashion at all times. We are a service based business so it is critical that customers are always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Department Specific Essential Skills & Abilities
Hardware: Use of the key machine to cut keys, use of soldering cutter for rope, use of chain cutter, walking up/down stairs while carrying product, manipulate small screws and parts, the regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. and at times 60 lbs.
