About the role- Leader/Coach

• Work with other leaders and company team members
• Hold daily training for your team
• Cultivate a competitive environment, it's your job to amp up your team and get them pumped for the day
• Train new recruits
• Participate in interviews for new recruits
• Close deals

As an experienced sales leader, we need your hustle mindset to help us dominate the state of Idaho. We need leaders who can sell, teach, train and grow your own teams, show new recruits what it takes to be financially independent, and cover Idaho in solar!

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
