The Field Sales Representative will represent, promote and grow all MagickWoods programs in Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, while capturing market share from existing competitors.

Sales for this product will be gained through product sales training, competitive analysis, and computer design program training.

Please note: We will train strong candidates in our business and product line if the skills are not already possessed.

Reports To: Director of Field Sales.

Accountabilities:

• Grow and maintain all our MagickWoods programs in Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in the designated territory.
• Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.
• Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers, Pro Service Desk, and Store Management.
• Assist designers in closing store sales.
• Manage sales visits to each store in the territory. This requires the ability to travel frequently, with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
• Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
• Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Outgoing, driven personality
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with large home centers
• Willingness to learn
• Kitchen design experience strongly preferred
• 20/20 software experience a major plus!

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing or a related field strongly preferred; or 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
