Gordie Boucher Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire an Entry-Level Sales Manager!

Gordie Boucher Ford has shown solid steady growth over the past few years, and we need to increase our sales management team to keep up with demand. In addition to selling the new Ford, Boucher has an extensive used car inventory, including access to the full Boucher Group Inc. inventory which includes thousands of pre-owned vehicles. We have increased our marketing budgets and are projected to sell even more vehicles than we ever have before. We are searching for an entry level professional to help take our dealership to the next level. We are seeking candidates who are eager to learn, be trained, and follow a successful and proven Automotive Sales Process. The ideal candidate has automotive sales experience, high energy, expertise in closing customers, and an exceptionally professional attitude.

Duties:
1. Hiring and managing consultants, conduct daily sales meetings, and sales training.
2. Overseeing the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.
3. Completing the process of selling, desking, and closing customer sales.
4. Attending to customer issues and driving a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Overseeing standards for the facility and new vehicles
6. Managing the supply, inventory, and marketability of new vehicles.
7. Appraising vehicles.
8. Reviewing forecasts and profits for your department with the General Sales Manager.
9. Planning and executing community and partner business promotions.

We're looking for a sales manager that is open to learning a new way of selling and managing!
