Description/Expectations: Work in Northern New England representing Jack’s Abby Brewing brands to our wholesale partners, growing brand presence and volume. Manage wholesaler sales and programming execution to expectations established in Annual Budget Planning (ABP) meetings. Maintain and grow wholesaler share of mind. Build and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners. Work with a network of key retailers to maintain and grow brand visibility in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen the critical relationship between Jack’s Abby and our wholesale partners
  • Work with wholesale partners to ensure inventory and product mix support our growth targets
  • Grow volume and distribution targets through management and execution of JAB sales initiatives
  • Uncover sales opportunities for Jack’s Abby throughout the territory
  • Communicate and enforce merchandising standards to wholesalers and retailers
  • Utilize sales tools (IRI, Nielsen, VIP) to analyze, develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Maintain a network of key on & off premise accounts to drive volume and visibility
  • Collaborate with Jack’s Abby Sales Management to create sales execution plan for territory, communicated yearly in ABPs
  • Book and execute on and off-premise events and tastings
  • Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors responsible for tasting & festival support
  • Work with sales management and administration teams to maintain brand registration and compliance in territory
Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • A passion for the craft beer industry and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it.
  • Experience in the Craft Beer industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Sales, Customer Service, or Related Industry Experience Preferred.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Time management.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Understanding of craft beer and the markets that we are selling in.
  • Ability to drive 500+ miles weekly.
