US based company with wide spectrum of business lines including real estate development, property management, parking operations, architectural design and planning, hotel management and branding, franchise sales, real estate sales, redevelopment and renovation and investment marketing, sales and immigration
We welcome sales professionals to join our team who are motivated entrepreneurial spirited candidates with understanding of or ability to research and analyze local market conditions and opportunities.
Candidate should be highly motivated and organized and driven by desires to advance and succeed. Strong business communication and marketing skills required.
Candidate must be sales and marketing focused. Candidate must also be reliable with strong attention to details, technology literate, and able to adapt to a variety of working conditions and deadlines, Candidate should be an efficient team player, capable of working independently and willing to accept challenges. Candidate should be able to multi-task and be a quick learner who will be involved in various business activities.
Daily responsibilities will include working on various assignments involving data collection and analysis, offline and digital marketing, face-to-face and over-the-phone product and service presentations, implementing the sales and marketing process and closing sales. Business lines include parking management and development services and hotel branding. Being well spoken, having the ability to market, and understanding the value of listening are required capabilities.
Job opportunity is currently available as a remote position and will require prior introductory training session that can be conducted either face-to-face or remotely.. New office will be opening in the future in your area, and successful candidate will be considered to manage the local office.

Compensation during first year is commission, bonus and success fee only.
Year two and beyond will provide base salary or draws based on performance in year one plus benefits and ESOP participation.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
