Job Summary
Manage and develop client accounts, connect with key business executives and maintain a relationship with group clients and their employees. Assist individual clients and sell individual medial policies for clients under age 65. At Berwick Insurance Group we come together as a team each day in office to serve in the company’s mission to help Americans plan for the better days ahead.
Position Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact, assisting clients via online presentations, in person meetings, phone, email, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships by keeping clients satisfied & delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain industry & job knowledge by participating in on going educational opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of insurance requirements.
  • Assist clients with compliance regulations.
  • Maintain department benefit platform.
  • Work with a team to achieve goals to maximize company growth.
  • Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction.
Position Requirements
  • Valid Life & Health insurance license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Self-motivated & Team Oriented
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive & Self motivated
  • Warm, Friendly, Professional
  • High School diploma
  • Preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Ability to work in office full-time
