Looking for Catering Sales/Business Development Representatives at our Indian contemporary casual restaurant. Responsibilities:

  • Present our catering services and menu offerings persuasively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of catering orders.
  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Track and report sales activities and results, consistently striving to meet and exceed targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in catering sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of Indian cuisine and its cultural significance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend client meetings and events.
