Your chief goals as our Insurance Sales Agent will be to tailor-fit an insurance product, sign new clients, build relationships and have a great time doing it!

Responsibilities:

• Designing insurance plans and adjusting coverage based on the demands, risk profile, and needs of the business or individual customers.

• Process new insurance accounts, update information on existing clients, and handle policy renewal.

• Follow up with target clients and schedule an appointment to discuss insurance quotations.

• Become a subject matter expert in terms of insurance policies and their benefits.

• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving minimum weekly, monthly, annual quotas.
