We are seeking a seasoned and results oriented Talent Acquisition Leader with expertise in the Property Casualty Insurance industry and a strong background in client management. As a TA specialist you will be responsible for customizing and developing strategic approaches to sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent within the P&C sector of AIG. The successful candidate will lead a team of Recruiters providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a world class talent acquisition center of excellence. This role will report to the Head of North America Talent Acquisition.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill P&C positions.
Optimize seamless recruitment processes and practices.
Lead and manage offer and requisition approvals with internal HR partners (Recruiters, HRBPs, and Compensation).
Proactively create various channels for effective sourcing to attract qualified candidates including marketing campaigns, veteran partnerships, returnships, professional networking platforms, industry associations, referral programs, etc.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with diverse organizations to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
Promote awareness of internal opportunities through engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders among the P&C business by keeping them constantly engaged and updated with recruitment for their business.
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively identify top talent within the P&C field.
Share competitive industry insights and talent trends with business leaders and Recruiters
Attend professional talent events and fairs.
Manage and lead senior level requisitions from beginning to close of the requisition.
Monitor recruitment metrics and highlight key insights and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and engaging candidates process, from initial contact to onboarding
Advocate for appropriate recruiting strategies and provide input on cross Talent Acquisition matters including people, process and technology

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Recruiting specialist with P&C business knowledge highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring professionals within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of Property Casualty insurance roles at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and written skills among C suite executives
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced dynamic environment
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems and other recruitment tools (Workday)

For positions based in Jersey City, the base salary range is $123,000 - $163,000. For positions based in NYC, the base salary range is $115,000 - $170,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
