Job Description:

We are seeking a disciplined Business Development Manager who shares our core values and is passionate about developing new business opportunities & building strong relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the window and construction industries as well as in the healthcare, education & property management sectors. Accounts & contacts will be provided but research may be necessary on some occasions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and develop & Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Expand the business use case within current client accounts
  • Negotiate service agreements in conjunction with the production team & remotely present service offerings to a variety of personas including the C-Suite, boards of directors, purchasing managers, facility directors & more.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work with franchisees to identify local opportunities and provide support in developing new business.
  • Massage your book of business to serve the customer in as many ways possible and to provide the production team the highest opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
  • Navigate & utilize company technology and prospecting tools to maximize contact and stay productive on new tasks.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based with REPEAT RESIDUAL income earned each time the customers are served. This means each customer pays you over and over, ever growing into a thriving book of business.

Commercial and National accounts range from $1,000-$20,000 (average) to 3-5 Million + (high-end).

The commission rate will be competitive and will be based on experience and results.

We also offer an exciting franchise opportunity for the right candidate. The Business Development Manager has the option to become a franchise owner without paying the typical franchise fee of $45,000 (exclusive to employees). This offer is available to individuals who have proven their ability to generate substantial revenue for the company and have demonstrated their commitment to our values and mission. As a franchise owner, you will have access to our proven business model, training and support, and the opportunity to build and manage your own team; a growth track into business ownership few companies can offer in addition to an already developed residual book of business.

Training:

  • You’ll receive world class sales, (ie. prospecting, closing, follow up) training from sales expert Grant Cardone via Cardone University. A skill you’ll obtain for the rest of your life.
  • You’ll be trained by the production team and the CEO as well.
  • You’ll receive resources, training material and have regular team calls.
  • You’ll receive access to world class skills training in Real Estate, investing & personal development for your personal use as you desire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with CRM & other sales technologies (Pipedrive, Keap, Salesforce, Slack or similar).
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting & nurturing prospects to the sale.
  • Resilience and persistence: The ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
  • Relationship building skills: Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is critical to the success of a Business Development Manager. This includes the ability to network, build rapport, and maintain relationships.
