The sales support responsibilities include generating reports, analyzing data, processing orders, and monitoring inventory. To be successful in the position the ideal candidate must work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment. You need to be a fast learner and highly resourceful at getting the job done.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from customers for order status, product availability
• Processing purchase orders
• Forecasting based on customer ladder
• Processing marketing activities and sales related procedures
• Working with WH/accounting department to help keep accounts receivable current
• Generating and preparing weekly reports to Sales, Account managers and customers
• Communicating with customers routinely, Coming out product promotional activities, monitoring account inventories and sales number
• Monitoring shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Multi-tasking, being able to shift priorities
• Generating reports when sales or supervisors need
• Working collaboratively with
  • Sales, product managers, forwarders, and customers for shipments delivering to customers
  • Warehouse/Accounting department to ensure orders ship out/invoice on time and able to follow up on returning products
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the discretion of management

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to speak English fluently (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Mandarin

Physical Requirements:

• Working in an office environment, requiring sitting for extended periods of time

$65,000-75,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
