The historic Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position heads a dynamic sales and marketing team, and will work closely with other senior-level leaders to execute strategies and achieve sales targets. This individual will be responsible for creating and communicating sales goals and ways to achieve those goals, prepare sales reports, build mutually beneficial relationships, and manage all efforts by the entire sales team by strategically planning and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, overseeing the sales team, and building relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Manage sales team and ensure that they are meeting their goals.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales activities.
• Create reports to track sales performance.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on best practices and techniques.
