Technical Account Manager - Finxact

What does a successful Technical Account Manager do?

The Technical Account Manager will work closely with our bank customers, build relationships while helping them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges. The Technical Account Manager will also be responsible for finding opportunities to expand the client database. This associate is to report to either the Jacksonville, Florida office or the Alpharetta, Georgia office most days of the work-week.

What you will do:

  • Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues working with client services support and implementations

  • Work with finance and implementations on monthly invoicing including review, escalations, and aged receivables

  • Manage client environment upgrades with technology

  • Manage small projects with clients leveraging internal subject matter experts when effort does not warrant full implementations team.

  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors

  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, fulfil customers’ requirements and keep track of key account metrics

  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders


What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of Financial/Banking Industry experience

  • 5+ Implementation, service or support experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on financial industry experience in Information Technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, interface development, or CRM systems

  • Ability to execute on time-sensitive project deliverables

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data, as well as discussing business and technical topics to capture technical requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience working with a project team, understanding process, terminology, and the expectations of project deliverables and timelines

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
