We are seeking an ambitious leader who wants the opportunity to run a sales team that will be selling 200+ homes in 2[please apply online]. We need a strong leader who can provide exceptional customer service to our homebuyers and position our team for long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management

o Define sales goals and measure team performance

o Build a high-performing sales team to support the growth of our construction deliveries

2. Processes and Technology

o Master product knowledge and promote LEED Gold or better education for our buyers

o Create a formal training program for all sales associates

o Implement and manage Salesforce to track all sales activities

3. Showings, Negotiations, and Closings

o Coordinate coverage for showings and negotiate contracts with brokers/buyers

o Monitor property condition for exceptional storefront presence

o Facilitate homeowner orientation walkthroughs and buyer surveys

4. Client Management

o Responsible for all client communications, updates, and meetings as needed

o Run reports, conduct market research, and analyze comparable sales data

5. Key Performance Indicators

o Responsible for tracking and measuring performance around showing activity across the portfolio, total units sold, and closing surveys with our homebuyers

Skills & Experience Required:

· 5+ years of experience in a Director of Sales role (or similar) with a demonstrated history of success in achieving quarterly sales targets

· 4-year college degree, or equivalent work experience, MBA or advanced training a plus

· Working knowledge of the Denver real estate market

· Experience in lead generation and marketing in real estate sales

· Strong customer-service orientation and leadership to independently handle negotiations

· Decisiveness and good judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for this position will be commensurate based on experience but competitively structured, and total compensation will be in the mid-100s to low 200s. Additional benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401k with employer matching offered.
