Job description:

*Position Title: *Follow-up Specialist / Acquisitions Associate

$3,000/month Base + Commission + Bonuses

We offer a competitive compensation structure, starting at 36k with growth up to 200k, potential compensation increase during the 2nd and 3rd year.

*Reports To: Owner

*Experience (preferred):*

  • 2+ years of phone or call center experience (sales environment is preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • High School diploma

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system
  • Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed
  • Act as a lead contact for sellers
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

*Position Requirements and Skills:*

  • Must have 2 years of sales experience (with a proven track record)

  • Must possess excellent organization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • Ability to work some nights and some Saturdays
  • Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • A role up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross functional tasks and assignments
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
  • Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check
  • Good attendance record
  • Limited travel as required

*Job Type: Full-time*

*Salary: $3,000/Month + commission on every closed deal*

We offer a competitive compensation structure, starting at 36k with growth up to 200k, potential compensation increase during the 2nd and 3rd year.

*Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1 Saturday a month half day*

*Work Location: Office located 1059 12th Ave Unit A Honolulu, HI 96816*
