Highlights of your duties:

• Engaging, inquiring, and enrolling guests into our membership programs through excellent selling and marketing know-how
• Creating exceptional member and guest experiences by assisting our nail techs and estheticians when needed
• Making key and spot-on membership upgrades and add-ons during existing member interactions.
• Knowing the brand and retail knowledge so you can educate and recommend for our guests (Yes, we will provide you with all the training you need!)
• Assisting with keeping our brand-new location sleek, clean, and sterilized.
• Graciously and effectively assisting members and guests with scheduling future appointments
