Below is an overview of the opportunity:

• Completing work orders, sales orders and reports using MS Suite
• Manage sales representatives schedules and client accounts
• Basic administrative duties: data entry, filing and scanning

You'd be great for this opportunity if you have the following:

One (1) year of recent administrative and sales experience (scheduling experience is highly preferred)

• Strong communication, detail oriented, problem solving and team oriented skills
• Strong Computer Scores: minimum 40wpm, working knowledge in MS Suite
