Now Hiring - Professional Services Inside Sales Rep - Location Flexible in Greensboro, NC

General Description: Increase company sales and profits on all product offerings in accordance with JMP corporate goals, strategies, and philosophies as defined by management.

Scope of Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/engineer calls referencing product selection, pricing, and delivery
• Enter quotes and orders into computer software
• Become proficient in D365 software or other business systems as required
• Expedite orders for customers
• Assist customers with returns
• Enter factory orders if assigned
• Purchase products from various vendors as required
• Enter & expedite JCS jobs and factory CQMs
• Help in warehouse if needed
• Be able to do job quotations on all product offerings
• Attend training classes at factories and JMP assigned locations
• Assist management in meeting factory sales quotas and product promotions.
• If assigned job quotations, work with office administrator to publish job quotes, follow-up on all job quotes, and track all job quotes. Details and specifics to be followed as defined by management.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Work and Skill Requirements:

• Mechanical systems aptitude
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office products, email, and internet)
• Time Management
• Good driving record as required to be covered on JMP Insurance

Other requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license in the United States
• Pass a pre-employment physical and toxicology screen

Education Requirements

• 4-year college degree (Engineering or Technical Field preferred) or equivalent work experience.
